How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Pre-loved items may ship sooner because they are already in stock.
How will I know when my order ships?

How long does shipping take?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Pre-loved items may be returned within 30 days as long as they are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Are your graphic tees made to order?
Yes. Most WestRange graphic tees are produced after an order is placed, which helps reduce excess inventory and waste.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size guide on the product page before ordering. For the best comparison, measure a shirt you already own and compare those measurements with the chart.
Are your shirts unisex?
Most graphic tees use a unisex fit unless the product description states otherwise.
Will shirt colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

Why does the Natural color have small speckles?
Natural fabric may contain subtle darker fibers or speckles. This is part of the material’s vintage-inspired appearance and is not considered a defect.

Pre-loved items have been previously owned or worn. Each piece is individually inspected, photographed, and described before being listed.
Are pre-loved items one of a kind?
Most pre-loved listings are available in a quantity of one. Once an item sells, it may not be restocked.
How is the condition of pre-loved clothing described?
We include available measurements, condition notes, and photographs of noticeable wear or flaws. Please review the full listing before purchasing.
Are pre-loved sizes consistent across brands?
No. Sizing can vary by brand, age, and style, so we recommend using the measurements provided rather than relying only on the tag size.
Care
How should I wash my graphic tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
How should I care for pre-loved clothing?
Follow the garment’s original care label whenever available. Any special care recommendations will be included in the product description.
