PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

WestRange sells original made-to-order apparel and handpicked pre-loved clothing.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, measurements, condition, and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen or device.

Pre-loved items may show normal signs of previous wear. Any noticeable flaws known to us will be shown in photographs or described in the product listing.

Because many pre-loved items are one of a kind, availability is limited and restocking is not guaranteed.

Made-to-order products are produced after an order is placed. Slight variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur as part of the production process.

PRICING

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other applicable fees are calculated or displayed at checkout when required.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, payment issues, or misuse of promotions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through Shopify and its approved payment providers. WestRange does not directly store complete payment-card information.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Made-to-order and pre-loved items may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting our Shipping Policy before completing a purchase.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and order cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
